Sarwangin Sewa Samaj [English name :Holistic Service Society, in short SSS for Nepali name] is Non-profit Organisation (NGO) situated in Charbahini road ,Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan, Banke district. The organization was established in 2004 AD as a community based organization (CBO) and then formally registered in Banke district Administration as an NGO in 18 January 2008. After a year later in 2009 it was affiliated with Social Welfare Council of Nepal. The organisation is dedicated to raising awareness in the community and works in partnership with communities to link social initiatives to the services of various organisations.
Some of the main activities by the organization in partnership with INF, Sagoal,BMS, Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan office and Individuals are-
- Street clean-up programme ( occasionally )
- HIV/AIDS awareness raising ( occasionally )
- hand pump installation ( occasionally )
- Advocacy and Counseling for the poor patients ( At INF/Leprosy Clinic and Governmental Hospitals) ( On going since 2006)
- MDR Hostel ( Residential environment for nutrition and treatment for Multi-drug resistance TB patients) ( 2008-2014)
- Patients Care Hostel ( Providing food and Lodging for the poor patients who need to stay in Nepalgunj during their treatment) ( On going since 2016)
- Income Generation Activities for the poor patients or their family members or people with Disability or their family members.
